DMCA Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Euro IPTV respects intellectual-property rights and takes copyright complaints seriously. If you believe that material accessible through our website or services infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint using the process described below.
This policy is intended to provide a procedure for submitting copyright complaints. It does not constitute a representation that every service, stream, channel, program, or other material referenced or accessible through the website is owned by Euro IPTV.
1. Copyright Complaints
If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, you may submit a written infringement notice.
Where applicable, notices intended to invoke the DMCA should contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(c)(3).
2. Required Information
A copyright complaint should include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the specific material that you believe is infringing and enough information for us to locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information contained in the notification is accurate and, where applicable, made under penalty of perjury.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative.
Incomplete complaints may not provide sufficient information for us to investigate the matter.
3. Where to Send a Notice
Copyright complaints should be sent to our designated copyright contact:
Email: contact.iptveuro@support.com
Subject: DMCA Copyright Complaint
If you operate a designated copyright agent, the current agent information should be kept accurate and monitored regularly.
4. Review of Complaints
After receiving a sufficiently detailed complaint, we may review the information provided and take appropriate action based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Possible actions may include:
- Requesting additional information
- Restricting or disabling access to identified material
- Contacting relevant parties
- Taking other measures that may be appropriate under applicable law
Submitting a complaint does not guarantee removal of material.
5. Counter-Notification
If material was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where permitted by applicable law.
A counter-notification should contain the information required by applicable law, including identification of the removed material, your contact information, required statements, and your physical or electronic signature.
6. Repeat Infringers
Where applicable and appropriate, we may restrict or terminate accounts or access belonging to users who repeatedly engage in copyright infringement.
7. Misrepresentation
Copyright owners and users should provide accurate information.
Knowingly submitting materially false information in a copyright complaint or counter-notification may have legal consequences.
8. Third-Party Content
Euro IPTV does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because material may be referenced, linked, transmitted, or made available through a service.
Copyright ownership remains with the applicable copyright owner.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Important: Replace the bracketed contact information above with a real, monitored copyright contact before publishing this page.
